ALL YE BAD AND BOUJEE,OFF THE HOOK X PUMA MADE THE 'DRESS CODE' FOR YAll!
Don't you just love when shoes come with sentimental attachments?well I do,it's like you can just walk right into the feeling attached to it or walk with it at least and before we go any further, I will like to state that I am no pervert(i swear),I'm just very observant to certain detail, lol (there is a difference).
When I first saw the photos below, I coulda sworn it was a photo taken right outta some high brow masked vintage sex party, you know?eyes wide shut?somebody?anybody?okay! (the only weird one in the room as usual, lol).
The off the hook x Puma collaboration is inspired by the nightclubs back in the Canadian store's hometown of Montreal.apparently back in the 90s, most high brow clubs in Montreal had strict dress codes and you couldn't get in if your outfit wasn't lit enough ((as it should be !).one of the kinds of footwear that weren't allowed in said clubs were sneakers(how dare they?,I feel personally attacked!).
This collaboration tagged the 'dress code' is a puma Clyde model who simply got a crazy makeover for this very suave party at a cool nightclub (nope, I didn't catch the name) and one of the things that make this particular design special is it's being crafted to look like something you wear to a black tie event just so the mean security dudes will let you in (clever huh?!!!!).ikr? what could be better than wearing your favorite kicks to the club and not having security haul you out that is if you are even able to sneak in, lol.we really need to say a big thank you to the of the hook chain folks, yall have done us sneakerheads a great service, hehe.
They will be released in one colorway, a rich navy blue and dressed in perforated suede and laced with a hydrophobic repellent material (i have always wanted to dance in the rain with shoes on, SOLD!) and talking about selling, this boujee number will be released and available at all off the hook stores located in Montreal and online at their online store on the 14th of October and a much larger release would be made available on the 21st of October at select puma retail stores.retail price is set at $111 USD and $140 CAD.photos of the off the hook x Puma Clyde 'dress code' below and do tell us what you think of this upcoming release via the comments section and also check out another cool pair of footwear that would also be perfect for a boujee party HERE.
